10West Home Design LTD. is a new home construction and design firm building quality homes with European design. At 10West our final product reflects the thought and work that we put into each home. We pay close attention to detail in every aspect of the home build. As a group 10West is a new ambitious company. However individually we bring together over 10 years of building experience. A few things that our clients can expect from our work are:
10West operates only with fully licensed builders. These builders are regulated by the Homeowner Protection Office, providing each new home build protection under the 2-5-10 home warranty insurance. This insurance is set out by the Homeowner Protection Act of BC. Mandatory warranty insurance includes the following coverages:
2 years' coverage on labour and materials as follows:
5 years’ coverage on the building envelope, including coverage on unintended water penetration
10 years’ coverage on major structural items
This statutory protection is widely recognized as one of the strongest and most effective home warranty standards in Canada.
